About the Recipe:
If you are fond of Parathas like me 😛 then this definitely is a must try recipe for you . Combination of Potato, mint, coriander along with the amchur powder gives it a unique and heavenly taste. - Wholewheat Flour: 1 1/2 cup
- Mint Leaves: 1/2 bunch ( chopped finely)
- Coriander Leaves: 1/2 bunch ( chopped finely)
- Garlic Cloves: 4-5 ( crushed finely )
- Dry Mango Powder ( Amchur Powder): 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander Powder: 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
- Carom seeds: 2 tsp
- Salt: As per your taste
- Olive Oil: 1/2 tbsp
- Asafoetida: 1/4 tsp
- Potato: 2 ( Microwave for 6-7 minutes, mashed with skin )
STEP 1: Mix all the above ingredients together nicely.
STEP 2: Knead a soft dough ( just like we need for chapati) adding water slowly.
STEP 3: Cover with a damp cloth.
STEP 4: Take a ball size dough and roll out a chapati. Also heat skillet on medium flame and place chapati over it. After 2 minutes, turn chapati at other side and apply cooking oil. Again repeat the process after 2 minutes and cook it nicely turning at both the sides .
STEP 5: remove from the skillet when cooked completely and serve with pickle/curd .
