Spicy Grilled Chicken

About the recipe:  This grilled chicken recipe is a flavorful spicy recipe. You can enjoy this even if you are on a diet and trying to shed few extra kilos 😛 . So what are you waiting for guys ? Head to your kitchen and indulge in a great experience of taste by cooking this :D.

 

Ingredients:

  • Chicken: 1 unit ( divided into 6 pieces or as large or small as you want )
  • Green chilies: 5-6
  • Onion: 1/2 ( small size)
  • Ginger: 1 inch piece
  • Coriander leaves: 1 bunch
  • Garlic Cloves: 12

Grind all the above ingredients ( except chicken of course 😉 ) to a fine paste.

  • Red chili powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Hot spices ( garam masala powder): 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida: 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala powder: 2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon Powder: 1/4 tsp
  • White Vinegar: 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt: as per your taste

Method:

Step 1: Add all the dry spices along with the ground paste to the chicken and rub nicely.

Step 2: After a good massage 😛 marinate it in the fridge for 2-4 hours.

Step 3: After marination, heat a grill pan; apply little cooking oil and grill the chicken until tender. Don’t forget to baste it while cooking 😉 .

Step 4: Garnish and serve with ketchup or green chutney.
