- Chicken: 1 unit ( divided into 6 pieces or as large or small as you want )
- Green chilies: 5-6
- Onion: 1/2 ( small size)
- Ginger: 1 inch piece
- Coriander leaves: 1 bunch
- Garlic Cloves: 12
Grind all the above ingredients ( except chicken of course 😉 ) to a fine paste.
- Red chili powder: 1/2 tsp
- Hot spices ( garam masala powder): 1 tsp
- Asafoetida: 1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala powder: 2 tsp
- Black pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon Powder: 1/4 tsp
- White Vinegar: 1/2 tbsp
- Salt: as per your taste
Step 1: Add all the dry spices along with the ground paste to the chicken and rub nicely.
Step 2: After a good massage 😛 marinate it in the fridge for 2-4 hours.
Step 3: After marination, heat a grill pan; apply little cooking oil and grill the chicken until tender. Don’t forget to baste it while cooking 😉 .
Step 4: Garnish and serve with ketchup or green chutney.
